How to track the queue with different numbers for each team
Sales and support don't need the same 4 numbers on the bar. Each team sees only the counters for their job — up to 12 shortcuts with a count in view.
"Only 4 numbers fit — and everyone sees the same ones"
On the conversation bar, the number next to a shortcut shows how many chats match that cut: unread, unassigned, my team, a channel, a funnel.
The problem shows up as the company grows. Sales wants new leads and proposals. Support wants unread, SLA, and groups. With one cap of 4 for everyone, someone always goes without the number they need — or the bar fills with shortcuts that don't match the job.
What was missing
A company-wide pattern forces different teams to share the same slots. People who don't use that cut still see the number. People who need more metrics stay in the dark, opening filter after filter.
What Interflow does now
In Chats → Configure quick filters, each shortcut can:
- Show a counter (up to 12 for the organization)
- Set who sees it: everyone, teams, roles, or users
Sales follows sales numbers. Support, support numbers. The list stays clearer — and the system updates only what that person actually sees.
How to start
- Open Chats and Configure quick filters
- Create or duplicate the shortcuts for the job (criteria, name, and color)
- Mark who sees each one (sales team, support team, a role, a person)
- Turn the counter on for the shortcuts that should show a count
- Save — each person sees in the bar only what was released to them
Admin and owner build the shortcuts. Agents only use what appears on the bar.
Result
A more relevant, organized queue adapted to each area. More effective management — without one limited pattern for everyone.

Filter bar looking messy?
Set the numbers for each team — sales, support, and ops only see what matters.
