Welcome to Interflow! These Terms of Service govern the use of our platform, available at interflow.chat ("Platform"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Platform Usage

By accessing and using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of the company you represent.

1.2 Account Registration

To use certain services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

2. Services Offered

Interflow offers a SaaS communication platform that integrates various channels, including WhatsApp, Instagram, among others. Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Integration with multiple communication channels
  • Customer service management with multiple agents
  • Service flow automation
  • Audio transcription and organization by tags/markers

3. User Obligations

3.1 User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform legally, ethically, and according to your company's purposes, respecting all applicable laws and regulations.

3.2 Prohibitions

It is prohibited, among other actions, to use the Platform to:

  • Distribute spam or illegal content
  • Violate third-party rights, including intellectual property
  • Interfere with or compromise Platform security

4. Payments and Billing

By contracting our services, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of contracting. We reserve the right to adjust prices periodically, notifying customers before any applicable price change.

5. Intellectual Property

Interflow holds all intellectual property rights over the Platform and its contents, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, design, and functionalities. These Terms do not grant the user any license or rights over these assets.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Interflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, except when required by law.

7. Termination

7.1 User-Initiated Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. However, prepaid fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

7.2 Interflow-Initiated Termination

Interflow may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, service abuse, or default. In serious cases, we may take additional measures as permitted by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any material changes will be communicated to users, and continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, and any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of São Paulo/SP.
