A scan routine on every stage
JEV reads the conversations in each funnel stage and moves anyone whose intent changed. Qualified, booked or lost, without a spreadsheet.
What Jev reads
Under CRM, Funnels, Scan, you set the business context, the rules and how Jev reads: the minimum probability to move, how many messages are included, and whether the text is only the customer, the customer plus the latest reply, or both sides. The stage choice does not write a free-form paragraph. It decides to keep the contact or send them to an allowed destination.

Daily routine and queue
With the routine on, the queue is built at 02:00 Brasília time. It includes customers in the source stages, respecting customer type, minimum interactions and a new message, or the review-again window, which defaults to 7 days. You can pause, resume, retry only failures and open that person's chat. A manual queue for one stage can use settings for that scan only, without changing the saved configuration.
A move needs a destination and a probability
With no destination stage, nobody is moved. An automatic change happens when the suggested stage is different, the probability clears the minimum and the read is allowed to change that customer. Jev does not invent a column outside the list. Someone already moved or kept in that queue only returns on a later routine.
After the read
The setup can enrich the customer with the interest score and the reason for the move. On the destination stage, the scan can fire a conversion and a silent flow. A manual transfer in the queue does not use those fires. Qualified adds to the green count. Lost adds to the red one. Booked stays in the funnel tone.
