The follow-up joins today's list

The task requested in the copilot shows up in the queue, with time and contact, and makes room among what was already scheduled.

Project, column and list

Tasks live in projects, under the Tasks menu. Each project has stages, which are the board columns, members and labels. You can switch between board, list and calendar. The list edits status, priority and due date. My Tasks gathers what is assigned to you across projects.

What a task holds

Title, description, stage, priority, due date, assignees, labels and the customer. Status runs from pending to in progress, done or cancelled. If the task came from a conversation, the editor has a shortcut to that chat. Comments, files, subtasks and history stay on the record.

Who can change it

A reader only views. An editor creates and edits tasks and stages. An admin also manages members, automations and deleting the project. With notifications on, the person hears about creates and changes, including when an automation starts or completes a task.

From the request to the check

The copilot, in agent mode, creates Ana's follow-up with a time. The row joins the day's list. Checking the box closes the promise and strikes the title. The WhatsApp thread stays on the conversation. The commitment no longer depends on who remembers the message.
