See Interflow doing the work

The ad brings them in. The pixel sends it back.

The lead arrives with the campaign that paid for the click. When a routine qualifies them or the sale closes, the event goes back to the Meta pixel.

The Meta connection

In the UTM menu you open a connection, grant access to pages, ads and leads, and choose which pages and ad accounts belong in the hub. Campaigns, ad sets and ads sync from Meta. Each ad lists the creative, the identifiers and the status.

Arrived from the ad

Consultation

Horizonte Clinic

I saw the appointment ad. I wanted to know if it's for me.

The lead is tied to the ad, not only the campaign

Someone who arrives from an Instant Form or an ad is attributed to that ad, with the local id and the Meta id. The form maps fields into the Interflow record and can apply a tag or a funnel stage. You do not link the form to a campaign: the source already comes on the lead. The customer can inherit that ad on their record.

Pixel and conversion token

On the ad account you sync the pixels and enter the token used for conversion events. The pixel lives on the account, not on each campaign. When a funnel stage qualifies the lead or records the purchase, the event goes back to Meta. The ad learns from people who moved forward, not only from the click.

From the chat to the event

Ana arrives from the Consultation ad. The conversation confirms the time. Interflow sends Qualified back to the pixel. If the sale closes, the next event can be Purchase. In through the ad, back through the pixel, on the same contact.
